A team account beside the customers' one, read through your desk's lens

Mark a Telegram bot or your WhatsApp number as the team's own. A colleague's note or voice note on it comes back as a card of their tasks, tuned to a desk — HR, sales, support, finance, operations — and never touches the inbox.

What changed

Until now every bot and number a business connected was the customers': a message there is a support thread, a lead, an AI reply. You can now say which account is the team's own. On the Telegram support bots page each bot has a Who writes on this bot choice, and the business settings' WhatsApp section has Who writes on this number: customers, as before, or the team.

On a team account every message is a colleague's work note. Somebody on your team writes "call the supplier tomorrow and send Ali's contract" or sends a voice note after a meeting; the words are read for the work in them and a card comes back — with ✅/❌ under it on Telegram, as a message plus a link to Proposed tasks on WhatsApp. The card belongs to the person who wrote: they approve it, an item nobody is named for is theirs, and approved items land on a board of their own.

The reading takes a task mode: general, human resources, sales, customer support, finance or operations. The mode tells the reader what that desk's work looks like — an HR account reads for interviews to schedule and paperwork to prepare, a finance one for invoices to chase and cheques to follow up — and gives its approved work its own board ("HR tasks", "Finance tasks"…). Under the mode, Instructions for the reader takes your own words: "interview notes are tasks for me; anything about payroll goes to Sara".

A team account is private to your people. The sender has to hold a seat in the business — their Telegram account linked to NabuDesk, or the phone number on their account for WhatsApp. Anyone else is told once what the account is for, and nothing of theirs is read or stored. Nothing on a team account ever reaches the inbox, files a lead or runs a customer rule.

How to use it

  1. Telegram: open Channels → Telegram support bots, add a bot (or open an existing one), set Who writes on this bot to The team, pick a Task mode and, if you like, write Instructions for the reader. Press Save.
  2. WhatsApp: open the business settings, the WhatsApp section, set Who writes on this number to The team, pick the mode and press Save.
  3. Each colleague links their Telegram account to NabuDesk (the console bot does this on first contact) or has their phone number on their account.
  4. Write or send a voice note to the team account. On Telegram, tap ✅ or ❌ under the card; on WhatsApp, open Projects and tasks → Proposed tasks and decide there.

Good to know

  • An account is either the customers' or the team's. Switching a bot customers already write to turns it into a team account at once; its old threads stay in the inbox.
  • Reading a note spends the business's AI credit, like a voice note in a group. Lines under eight characters ("ok", "thanks") are not read.
  • Approving needs a seat that manages tasks; an expense heard in a note needs a seat that manages billing.
  • Bale, Eitaa and the other channels, the WhatsApp bridge and paired Telegram groups keep their one purpose for now.

The Desktop now works like a real one

Icons open with a double click, a right click opens a menu, a drag selects several icons, windows resize from any edge and snap to halves and quarters, and open windows sit on the taskbar or in the Dock. Each section has its own colour, and your wallpaper shows on the Desktop.
