Tasks heard in chats and voice notes, with ready-made automation templates

Voice notes and messages customers send on Telegram, WhatsApp, Bale and the other channels can now be read for the work they ask for. The proposals wait on a new Proposed tasks page, and switching it on is one click on an automation template.

What changed

A customer's message on any channel — a typed one or a voice note — can now become a card of proposed tasks. A new automation trigger, A customer writes on a channel, fires for every live customer message, and a new step, Propose tasks from a chat message, hears a voice note (Telegram, Bale and WhatsApp), reads the words for the work they ask for, and files a card. Nothing reaches a board on its own: the card waits for your yes.

The new Proposed tasks page, a tab beside Projects and tasks, lists every card — those read out of customer chats, and the ones a voice note in a linked Telegram group or the console chat already made. Approve or reject each item, or the whole card at once. An approved item becomes a task on the "Tasks from chats" board, linked to the customer who wrote.

The Automations page gains Start from a template: ready-made rules saved switched off and opened in the form, so you read and change them before they run. Two turn the chat reading on (voice notes only, or every typed message); the others cover a won lead, an invoice unpaid for three days, a bounced cheque and a new support ticket.

Customer voice notes are now recorded on every door they arrive by — the WhatsApp gateway, the WhatsApp bridge, a Telegram business connection and your Telegram support bots — as a 🎤 line in the conversation, so they can be heard later.

How to use it

  1. Open Automations and choose Use this template under Voice notes in chats become proposed tasks (or Customer messages become proposed tasks).
  2. Read the preview and the test run below the form, then press Switch on.
  3. When a customer writes or sends a voice note, you are told on the bell and on your Telegram. Open Projects and tasks → Proposed tasks.
  4. Press Approve on the items that are real, Reject on the rest, or Approve all. Approved items land on the Tasks from chats board.

Good to know

  • Reading a message spends the business's AI credit; the rule's daily cap and the per-message dedupe bound the cost. A message is read once — a second rule hearing it finds the first card.
  • Approving needs a seat that manages tasks; recording an expense heard in a voice note needs a seat that manages billing.
  • The customer's chat is never written to by this feature. Voice notes on Rubika, Soroush, Instagram and the website chat cannot be heard yet.
