Project meeting invites now reach the bell, Telegram and Bale — one click joins the room

When a member starts a project's online meeting, everyone else is told wherever they read notices: the panel bell and inbox, Telegram and Bale. Clicking that notification or its button drops them straight into the room.

What changed

Starting an online meeting from a project board now tells every project member, wherever they read notices: the panel bell and inbox (plus browser and phone push), Telegram with the meeting's details and a button that opens the room inside Telegram itself, and Bale with the same join button — for a member whose private chat with your business's own Bale bot has verified their number.

Clicking the notification or its button drops the reader straight into that meeting; the room connects itself on arrival. A members-only project announces itself only to colleagues who may read that project.

The persistent meeting window (PiP) that stays open while you browse the panel is honest after a full page reload too: it becomes a launcher chip — the microphone and camera buttons it could no longer work are hidden, and the "Meeting" button takes you back into the room.

How to use it

  1. Open a project under "Tasks" and click the "Online meeting" button at the top of its board; the room opens for you immediately.
  2. The other members are messaged; clicking the bell/inbox notification, or the "Join the room" button in Telegram or Bale, puts them directly inside the meeting.
  3. To keep working in the panel during the meeting, use the "Minimize" button in the room; the meeting stays in the corner window and the "Meeting" button returns you to it.

Good to know

  • The Bale message goes only to the verified private chat with your business's own Bale bot; if you have never shared your number with the bot, use the panel's "Get these on Bale" link first.
  • Telegram's web-app button opens the panel inside Telegram; if you are not signed in there, the sign-in page comes first.
  • A member who paused notifications still sees the inbox copy.
