A desk you can arrange, and a window that behaves like one
The work desk cards can be reordered and resized, the header carries a short news line, and the Windows theme’s window can be moved, resized and snapped.

What changed
The work desk keeps the arrangement you give it: each card can be small, medium, large or wide, dragged into a new order, or hidden, and that layout stays with you for that business. A line in the top bar cycles announcements, overdue follow-ups and the alerts your seat is allowed to see. The Windows theme’s window resizes from every edge, snaps to the sides, and remembers where you left it. Business alerts that repeat the same sentence are one item with a count, a severity and a way to snooze them. A new follow-up can pick a customer, or file one, without leaving the desk. The tab icon is the Nabu mark on every host.
How to use it
- Open Work desk. Choose Edit layout, then drag a card, pick a size, or hide one. Reset to the default puts the built-in arrangement back.
- On New follow-up, search the customer by name or phone. If nobody matches, add them there; the follow-up is linked to that person.
- On the Windows theme, drag the title bar to move the window, double-click it to maximise, and drag to a screen edge to snap. Minimise returns from the taskbar.
- Open Business alerts to filter by severity, or snooze a line from the card on the desk.
Good to know
- The news line hides when there is nothing to say, and a sales seat does not see income alerts.
- A layout saved for one business is not the layout of your other business.
- On a phone the Windows window stays full screen.
