The panel's business picker now shows only your own

The business picker beside panel pages no longer lists every business on the deployment for a superadmin — only the account's own. Reaching the rest is the global admin panel's job.

What changed

The business picker that sits beside panel pages (contracts, bio links, global search, …) used to list every business on the deployment for a superadmin account — hundreds of options, none of them the account's own.

It now offers only the account's own businesses: the ones you own or staff. A superadmin account with no business of its own gets no picker at all, and the page says its honest "no business is selected" state.

Seeing and managing the deployment's other businesses is still possible — from the global admin panel; that is where it lives. A foreign business id posted from the browser no longer resolves either: it is not remembered in the session and never becomes the account's default.

How to use it

  1. Open any panel page; the picker offers your own businesses, still capped at 100 entries.
  2. If you are a superadmin and need to look at a business that is not yours, go through the global admin panel — or switch with the console (Telegram/desktop chat) using os_business_switch; the console's choice is still remembered as the account's default and the panel opens where the console said.
  3. Unchosen reads (the whole voice-line list, for example) stay deployment-wide for an unbounded reader, exactly as before; this change is about the picker's list, not the read scope.

Good to know

  • The account's stored default (where you last were) is still honoured — if the console or the admin panel left you on a foreign business, the panel opens there and the picker shows that one option beside your own.
  • The sidebar switcher needs the same one-line change, but its file is being reworked by hand and was deliberately not touched in this pass; a follow-up closes it.
