The NabuOS Android app, with NabuAuth single sign-in

NabuOS 1.2.0 is built and served from apk.nabuxai.com; signing in is only your Nabu account (the same one central sign-in box), the icon and splash are the new brand, and updates install over the previous release.

What changed

The NabuOS Android app — the console and the CRM's screens on a phone — gets version 1.2.0, and from today it is built and handed out from apk.nabuxai.com.

  • Sign in with NabuAuth only. The "Sign in with NabuAuth" button opens the browser on the one central sign-in box: email, phone number or username — whichever you type, the next step fits it (a password for an address or a handle, a one-time code for a number). Once confirmed, you are back inside the app with nothing else typed. The separate panel-password form is gone from the app; operators can still connect with an engine key (nbdir_…) as before.
  • A new icon and splash. The app icon is now the Nabu robot brand mark, and the splash opens on a clean white ground instead of the old red.

The new icon and splash

  • Installs over the previous version. APKs are signed with one stable key from now on, so an update from apk.nabuxai.com installs over earlier apk.nabuxai.com releases without uninstalling. (Moving once from the old dl-crm builds — which carried a different signature — needs an uninstall and a fresh install.)

How to use it

  1. On your Android phone open apk.nabuxai.com and install the latest NabuOS.
  2. Open the app and tap "Sign in with NabuAuth".
  3. On the Nabu sign-in page, type your email, phone number or username and finish the step it asks for.
  4. You return to the app signed in — the same businesses and the same screens, on the phone.

If you mean to work against another server (the Iran instance, say), change the address under "Server: …" before signing in.

Good to know

  • Signing in on a phone mints a fresh key and retires the key the previous phone held: each account, one phone at a time.
  • What the phone holds is the same engine key the panel knows; keys made by hand in the panel are never touched.
  • Share-sheet sharing (text and links into the app) and every previous capability are still there.
