The NabuOS app now arranges its home around your seat

The app now lays itself out by the seat you hold in the business — sales people get customers, follow-ups and invoices one tap from the top; every other seat opens on projects, their own tasks and the deadlines. A new Projects screen with each board's progress.

What changed

The app used to show every person the same home, whatever their job in the business. Now the home and the bottom tabs follow the seat you hold in the business the phone works in:

  • Sales seats bring the customers, the follow-ups and the invoices forward — three shortcuts right under the business name, with the Customers tab sitting next to Home.
  • Every other seat — support, the bookkeeper, whoever runs the boards — opens on the work panel: the projects with their progress, your own tasks, and the Deadlines. The Tasks tab sits next to Home.

The new Projects screen lists the business's boards with how far along each is (the same figures the web panel draws), and opens into a board's own tasks when you tap it. A board shut to its members says so with a small lock beside its name.

The app also now wears the Mizito palette by default — the same colours as the panel's Mizito skin, in light and dark.

How to use it

  1. Open the NabuOS app and sign in as before.
  2. Your home is already arranged for your seat; there is no switch to find.
  3. For the projects panel, tap All projects on the home (or the Projects screen) and pick a board.
  4. Inside a board, tap a task to open it as you would anywhere else.

Good to know

  • The seat is read per business: switching businesses in the app re-arranges the home for the seat you hold there.
  • The projects list honours every boundary the web panel honours — a board shut to its members only appears if you are one of them (or you own the board or the business).
  • The tab order follows the seat too; the four tabs are the same, only their places change.
